Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements
- Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Implement risk management strategies and mitigate project obstacles proactively
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage project budgets and financial controls
- Foster collaboration between engineering, procurement, and operations teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in construction
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- PMP certification or equivalent construction management qualification preferred
- Knowledge of local Malaysian construction regulations and standards
