Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for shipbuilding construction initiatives
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables against KPIs
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and progress reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in shipbuilding/construction
- Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Certification in PMP or equivalent is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
