Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management from planning to closure
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress against budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and stakeholder reports
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-control measures are implemented
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, teams, and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction industry
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing project conditions
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
