Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Experience with project management software and tools is highly desirable.
