Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain strict compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project documentation including blueprints, permits, and progress reports
- Optimize resource allocation and procurement processes for maximum efficiency
- Facilitate client communications and manage stakeholder expectations
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes
