Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment with project specifications
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and progress reports
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster effective stakeholder communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
