Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedules, and resource allocation for construction projects.
- Lead and manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
- Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project trajectory.
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among all project participants, providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Manage project close-out procedures, including final inspections, documentation, and handover to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale building, infrastructure, or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations, permits, and industry standards in Jakarta Raya.
