RNC Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee our diverse construction projects in the Kuala Kangsar region. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality assurance protocols, and local building codes.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide comprehensive status reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in Malaysia.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage client relationships effectively.
