Reno Iconic Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee daily operations across our office and site locations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, contractors, and the management team, ensuring that all construction and renovation projects are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between administrative planning and on-site execution to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final delivery. You will coordinate with site personnel to resolve operational bottlenecks, manage project schedules, and ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- On-Site Coordination: Oversee daily operations on construction sites, managing site personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Resource Management: Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize costs and prevent delays.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement proactive strategies to mitigate issues before they impact the project schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project management within the construction or renovation industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and construction management tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay).
- Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and safety protocols.
