We specialize in Sharia-compliant property development, including boarding houses (rumah kost), tourist zones, and cemetery lots. In this key position, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects for residential and commercial developments.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project flow.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance on-site.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to prevent costly delays.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams regarding project status and updates.
- Resolve on-site challenges and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of Sharia property regulations and development principles is a significant advantage.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license and willingness to work in Cikarang, West Java.
