We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale residential projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that developments meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. You will be responsible for driving project vision from conception through to handover, managing complex budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
As a key leader within our organization, you will mentor junior staff, mitigate risks effectively, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final execution and handover.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale residential or commercial construction projects in Singapore.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse project teams.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
