Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and senior management
- Optimize project workflows to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Foster strong relationships with clients and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
