In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project execution for new store openings, strategic refurbishments, essential maintenance, and facility closures. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who ensures that every project adheres to strict timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations while maintaining budget efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor progress through regular meetings and reporting, identifying and mitigating risks early.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local safety regulations and Eraya's quality standards.
- Handle project changes, variations, and claims efficiently to protect the project budget.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition during store openings or refurbishments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external contractors.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
