Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
