Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or steel industry advantageous
