Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final execution and site turnover.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, strictly within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Monitor construction sites daily to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality control measures.
- Liaise effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical issues or delays that arise promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all documentation, permits, and reports are up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the Metro Manila area.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, local building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is a strong advantage.
