PT Sanbe Farma and Group is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of construction projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and site staff, to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company quality protocols.
- Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project management within the construction or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a strong advantage.
