Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the project team to ensure high performance and alignment with project goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental standards.
- Oversee tender preparation, submission, and project management activities from inception to completion.
- Monitor project progress against milestones, budgets, and quality specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage resources efficiently and mitigate construction risks proactively.
- Report project status, challenges, and updates to senior management and clients regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes, WHS regulations, and tender processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
