Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets, costs, and financial reporting to ensure profitability
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless operations
- Implement quality control measures and safety protocols on construction sites
- Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage client relationships
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior staff and foster collaborative team environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
