Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress regularly and implement necessary changes to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Marketing & Communication industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
