Kejar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading diverse technology projects from initial concept through to successful execution. You will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our high-quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including software developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Manage relationships, expectations, and communication with clients and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and metrics, and implement adjustments as needed.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and successful delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and compile detailed progress reports for leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar delivery role.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professional fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and handle conflict resolution effectively.
- PMP, Agile PM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a strong plus.
