Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle for ACMV and M&E systems in A&A projects.
- Lead a team of engineers and technical staff to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and main contractors to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
- Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and resolve technical issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience in M&E project management, specifically in ACMV.
- Proven experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects within a consultancy firm.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Singapore Project Management certification or equivalent is highly advantageous.
