Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for high-stakes, cutting-edge engineering? Adecco is currently seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to lead the deployment of AI Data Center Infrastructure in Kuala Lumpur. This is a mission-critical role within a fast-paced environment, focusing on the delivery of complex, high-density computing infrastructure that powers the future of Artificial Intelligence.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and site execution, ensuring that our AI-ready data centers meet the most rigorous global standards for uptime, thermal management, and power distribution. You will oversee diverse teams, manage vendor relationships, and navigate complex construction schedules to ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end construction project lifecycles for AI-ready data center facilities.
- Manage high-density power and cooling infrastructure installations, ensuring compliance with global data center standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MEP engineers, structural contractors, and IT infrastructure specialists.
- Direct on-site operations to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and schedule milestones.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent bottlenecks in construction.
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and budget tracking to ensure financial performance targets are met.
- Drive stakeholder communications, providing regular reports on project status, technical challenges, and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in large-scale construction, with at least 5 years specifically in data center or critical facility infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in high-density power distribution, HVAC/cooling systems, and mission-critical construction.
- Strong knowledge of local construction regulations, safety standards, and project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage large on-site teams and third-party contractors.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or Procore).
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and technically demanding work environment.
