Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor AI projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and financial controls
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably with AI or technology projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data science concepts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
