Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Coordinate all project phases from design to construction completion with architects and contractors
- Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions when deviations occur
- Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage stakeholder communications including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle
- Oversee documentation processes including permits, contracts, and as-built drawings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for architectural/construction projects
- Proven expertise in coordinating complex building projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management credential preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for stakeholder communications
