Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize electrical engineering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Supervise onsite operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and engineers, to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project status and milestones.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement efficient solutions on-site.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet national and local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or electrical sector.
- Strong proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse technical team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and operational efficiency.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, BEM) is highly desirable.
