Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, data center, or commercial building sectors
- Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
