Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage interior design and fit-out projects from conceptualization to handover, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate and liaise effectively with clients, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare, monitor, and update detailed project schedules, progress reports, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and challenges, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and approval processes.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of proven experience in interior design project management, preferably within commercial, retail, or residential sectors in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, construction methodologies, materials, and relevant building codes/regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
