Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor high-rise/low-rise construction projects in Surabaya
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports and client communications
- Resolve technical and logistical issues during construction phases
- Implement sustainable construction practices where applicable
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building construction projects
- Proven track record with high-rise or low-rise developments
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Residency in Surabaya and surrounding areas
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Certified Project Manager (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
