Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Enforce strict quality control measures and safety compliance standards throughout all construction phases
- Coordinate site operations involving contractors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Manage project documentation including permits, contracts, and compliance records
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to prevent delays and ensure quality
- Optimize cost control measures while maintaining construction standards and schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in building construction
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and safety standards
- Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar construction projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
