Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new market opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and manage project proposals, contracts, and tenders in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and status reports, actively mitigating risks and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in project management and business development within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and the project lifecycle management process.
- Proven track record of winning new business and successfully managing key client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant certifications are highly preferred.
