Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of A&A construction projects across C&S, Architecture, and M&E disciplines
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Oversee compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project challenges
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports and change orders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction sector
- Proven expertise in C&S, Architecture, and M&E project delivery
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and construction standards
- Professional certification (PMP, RICS, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in project management software and BIM tools
