You will act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and strict adherence to technical specifications and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and scheduling to final site handover and close-out.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies to ensure profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and engineering specifications at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align on project goals and milestones.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and quality audits to monitor performance and safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in civil construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering and office software.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others.
