Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for civil engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to align project objectives
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and cost overruns
- Monitor construction progress through regular site inspections, quality control checks, and documentation reviews
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools
- Ensure strict adherence to Singapore's building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and resolving issues proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with minimum 5 years' experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering civil infrastructure projects in Singapore
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and construction industry standards
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
