We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project Manager to join our growing team in Mandai Estate. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, on schedule, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee civil engineering construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline scheduling to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency.
- Monitor site progress to ensure strict adherence to PEB standards and local construction regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and contract variations.
- Lead and mentor site engineering teams to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Kualifikasi
- Recognized degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Must possess PEB-recognised qualifications (Professional Engineer Board certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, construction materials, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder construction projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or Primavera).
