Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil engineering construction projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and safety protocols on-site
- Manage project documentation, permits, and compliance with local regulations
- Resolve technical issues and adapt plans to address changing site conditions
- Conduct regular progress reviews and prepare stakeholder reports
- Optimize resource allocation and maintain project profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management
- Proven expertise in building construction methodologies and materials
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations (SNI) and safety standards
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Certified Project Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional communication skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
