We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our high-rise building construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all phases of high-rise building construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Communicate effectively with clients, investors, and regulatory bodies to manage expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks and potential issues before they impact the timeline.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing high-rise building construction projects.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Knowledge of local construction laws and regulations in East Java.
