Liwo Bina is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closing of cleanroom construction and facility management projects in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that every phase is delivered on time, within budget, and strictly adheres to the rigorous environmental and safety standards required for cleanroom environments. You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, driving clear communication and strategic decision-making to achieve project goals.
As a Project Manager in the cleanroom sector, you will manage complex technical requirements, coordinate with engineering and construction specialists, and ensure compliance with local regulations and international quality benchmarks. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining the integrity of the facility while optimizing operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution and final closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with cleanroom protocols, ISO standards (such as ISO 14644), and safety regulations throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify that work meets the highest standards of cleanliness and structural integrity.
- Manage client expectations through regular progress reports, status updates, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing cleanroom construction, pharmaceutical, or electronics manufacturing facility projects.
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or RIBA) is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and cleanroom classification systems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse project teams.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
