An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join a highly reputable contractor specializing in commercial interior fit-out, F&B, and A&A projects in Singapore. Based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for leading high-profile fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Our dynamic portfolio includes premium office spaces, trendy F&B outlets, and complex A&A works for established retail and corporate clients.
This is a contract position offering a competitive monthly salary of $4,000 – $5,000 (commensurate with experience). You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, managing the full project lifecycle including client coordination, site management, procurement, and subcontractor supervision. Your excellent leadership and communication skills will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and main contractors, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

You must have a proven track record of managing similar projects and a deep understanding of local building regulations and safety codes. You will also ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations through regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial interior fit-out, F&B, and A&A projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to achieve project milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and workplace safety protocols.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project progress reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to management.
- Lead project meetings, resolve on-site technical issues, and manage change orders effectively.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
- Ensure all project documentation, permits, and handover packages are completed accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven project management experience specifically in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong experience in managing F&B and A&A (Addition & Alteration) works is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, local building codes, and safety regulations (WSH).
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, SCDF, or LEW are an added bonus.
