Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including contractors, engineers, and clients
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Prepare detailed project reports, timelines, and progress updates
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges during project execution
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools)
