Tanggung Jawab
- Lead internal and external project planning sessions to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor and review project status regularly, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive solutions.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project requirements.
- Oversee construction site operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, budget updates, and timeline adjustments to senior management.
- Coordinate resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project workflows.
- Mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans and addressing site-related issues in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in construction project management.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations in the Philippines.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational challenges under pressure.
- Professional license (PRC) in Engineering or Architecture is highly preferred.
