Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to streamline project workflows.
- Monitor site progress, manage project schedules, and mitigate potential risks or bottlenecks proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company quality policies.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Lead and mentor on-site project teams to foster a culture of productivity and professional growth.
- Facilitate regular client meetings and provide transparent status updates on project milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in project management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and Singapore construction standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex site challenges.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a strong advantage.
