Habitual Food Inc. is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead our upcoming infrastructure projects in Pasig City. We need a hybrid powerhouse—someone who can bridge the gap between creative blueprints and structural reality.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our construction initiatives, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will interface with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams, acting as the primary point of contact for project lifecycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end construction projects from pre-planning through to final turnover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring critical path milestones are met consistently.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate complex designs into actionable construction plans.
- Manage budgets, track material costs, and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise on-site contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress and address technical challenges immediately.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for upper management regarding timelines and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Construction Management field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and permit application processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Superior communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to travel to various project sites within Metro Manila as needed.
