Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and site expenditures to prevent cost overruns.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain a streamlined workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site technical issues promptly to minimize project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial or commercial sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP or CIDB registration) is highly preferred.
