Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor site progress and report on project status, budget tracking, and scheduling.
- Enforce stringent Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards across all project phases.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, site reports, and safety records.
- Solve technical onsite challenges and mitigate risks to ensure minimal project downtime.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, codes of practice, and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams.
- Proven ability to handle project pressures and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be comfortable with a 5.5-day work week.
