Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for diverse glass and facade projects from concept through to completion.
- Manage the full tender process, including sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best value.
- Administer contracts effectively, handling progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for both main contracts and subcontracts.
- Conduct regular site valuations and progress measurements to monitor project expenditure against the approved budget.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, cost analysis, and cash flow forecasts to senior management.
- Identify potential cost risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to protect project profitability.
- Foster strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including architects, main contractors, and the internal project team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry, preferably in facade, aluminum, or glazing works.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC) and local building regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quantity surveying software (e.g., Cubicost, CostX, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
