Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring alignment with architectural drawings and structural specifications.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and material procurement to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain seamless communication.
- Monitor site progress daily and provide detailed reports on project milestones and potential risks.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Lead and mentor site personnel to foster a culture of quality workmanship and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve construction bottlenecks proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within steel structures or heavy construction.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or AutoCAD).
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for Engineers or Architects is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of structural steel installation and construction methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million peso construction budgets.
