Cabletech is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our expanding team in Biñan, Laguna. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that complex construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
As our Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from initial planning and resource allocation to site execution and final handover. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, sub-contractors, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives performance and technical precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Lead and mentor on-site construction teams and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Monitor site progress daily and provide accurate reports on project milestones, risks, and resource utilization.
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services to optimize project costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and quality control compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or telecommunications infrastructure sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera).
- Solid understanding of local construction laws, building codes, and safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional License (e.g., Registered Civil Engineer) is a significant advantage.
