Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to work schedules and project timelines.
- Manage and supervise on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and direct labor teams.
- Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, daily site logs, and material requirements.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards, and construction methodologies.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is highly advantageous.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS, SSS) is a strong plus.
