Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for construction initiatives, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop, monitor, and control detailed project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Establish and maintain robust communication channels with all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity across projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports, performance analyses, and financial forecasts for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management methodologies and processes to enhance operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale construction projects in the Philippines, including knowledge of local regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage complex budgets and forecast project costs.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RMP) are highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
